OK, now that I’ve got the book and a number of events behind me and can take a second to add more to the site. In the past three weeks I’ve helped put on BFlex, a full-day hands-on Flex coding event; launch two new websites for work [GAP and ISGP] and moderated the closing panel at our Statewide IT conference.
It’s been a busy summer and now it’s time to return to the fall routine. That routine includes running the Indiana University Multimedia User Group (IUMMUG), managing the website for Bloomingfoods, our local food cooperative, the website of Bloomington Montessori School and a few other smaller projects.
Because I’ve been so busy I’ve decided to volunteer myself for our September IUMMUG meeting. I’ll use the Spry chapter I wrote for the Dreamweaver book to show off how easy Spry is to use (whether you are using DW CS3 or not). With Adobe MAX coming up and a number of conferences behind us, we’ll do a conference wrap up for our October meeting. In addition to MAX we’ve had members at FlexManiacs, CFUnited, Flashbelt, An Event Apart and of course BFlex. That should give us plenty to cover.
